AHS is pleased to offer a special group rate at the meeting venue hotel for our attendees and industry supporters. Please note the cutoff date for the property. Group rate rooms may not be available if sold out.

The group room rate for Symposium participants is $289.00 + $20 Resort Service Charge, plus taxes. Reservations and rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis until November 12, 2025, or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. After that date, reservation requests will be based on the hotel’s prevailing rate. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

A booking link will be included in your registration confirmation email. Only registered attendees can book hotel rooms as part of the AHS block.
