Now Open: AHS Headache & Migraine Competitive Grant Program: Migraine & Women’s Health

The American Headache Society, in collaboration with Pfizer, is launching a new funding opportunity through the Headache & Migraine Competitive Grant Program: Migraine and Women’s Health. Grant funding is available for collaborative quality improvement and research projects focused on improving care for women, who are disproportionately affected by migraine. AHS is now inviting RFP submissions, with Letters of Intent due May 5, 2026.

Migraine remains one of the most prevalent and disabling neurological diseases, significantly affecting quality of life, productivity, and overall health, especially among women. Through this opportunity, AHS is seeking submissions for projects that improve care delivery, expand access, and drive measurable outcomes for patients. At the core, the goal is to support scalable, patient-centered solutions in migraine care.

Through this program, AHS and Pfizer continue their shared commitment to advancing headache medicine, supporting projects that lead to practical, scalable improvements in patient care.
