Indiana University School of Medicine

About the Rotation
This elective is a combination of time spent in a tertiary headache clinic and time spent reading about and discussing different aspects of headache medicine. Discussion topics will include how to approach challenging cases and treatment decisions in the context of healthcare delivery by reviewing the landmark clinical trials and spending time discussing the impact of headache on the individual and on society. Throughout this four-week elective, we will be modeling lifelong learning and demystifying the use of primary literature to guide diagnostic and management decisions in this exciting field.
